Assignable Rotary Control Knobs (MK-249C keyboard only) If you have an MK-249C keyboard, then the 12 rotary control knobs can also be assigned to the variety of different effects. Press the two Control Select buttons together then move the knob that you want to assign. Now press the two Control Assign buttons together then type. Actually that's my first mac. I have this Evolution MK-249c USB Midi cotroller that i used on my old PC. When i plugged it in the iMac's USB port it appeared in the hardware profile but i couldn't see it in the audio/midi setup. There are no drivers for this device, it's class-compliant. On Evolution's site it says it should work perfectly. With Evolution 249/361. Press the WHEEL ASSIGN switches (MEMORY & PROGRAM) together and the LED starts to flash showing the number of the present MIDI controller. Use numeric keys 0-9 to select a new MIDI controller. You can also use the +/- switches to increase or decrease the value of the number. With Evolution 225C/249C/361C.
