I'm having trouble with the Chinese stealth armor. I recently traveled to New Vegas after completing most of everything in the Capitol Wasteland, after maybe two hours of playing in the Mojave i suddenly ran into a problem where my Chinese stealth suit is converted from the invisibility one from Operation Anchorage to the non invisibility one from Hoover Dam. I can't really tell if this is a problem with TTW or Project Nevada, however I've been playing for maybe 50 hours without this being an issue.

Until they release a Chinese Steal Suit or equivalent (either perk or armor) I'd say no (but keep in mind I don't own the game). I didn't find Stealth to be all that easy to pull off in FO3 without that DLC Suit just because you'd still get seen and for obvious reasons you don't get enough Stealth Boys to really cover an entire playthrough.
