Tib File Extractor

I have used Seagate for backup of my PC, now I want to access some of the files in the backup, but it all is TIB file, How can I open this, and see the files in the backup? I don't want to install the hole backup/image on my PC. I only need some of the files/documents in it. In Acronis True Image you can recover files and folder both from file-level backups or from disk and Entire PC backups. You can restore files using Acronis True Image or in Windows Explorer.

How to restore files in Acronis True Image

To recover files and folders:

  1. Start Acronis True Image.
  2. On the sidebar, click Backup:
  3. From the backup list, select the backup which contains the files or folders that you want to recover:
  4. On the right panel, click Recovery:
  5. Select backup version (data state on specific date and time):
  6. Select the files and folders that you want to recover, and then click Next:
  7. Select a destination on your computer to where you want to recover selected files/folders.
    • You can recover data to its original location, as selected by default
    • Or choose a new one, if necessary. To choose a new location, click the Browse button:
      When you choose a new location, the selected items will be recovered by default without recovering the original, absolute path. You may also wish to recover the items with their entire folder hierarchy. In this case select the Keep original folder structure check box.
  8. When needed, set the options for the recovery process (recovery process priority, file-level security settings, etc.). To set the options, click Options. The options you set here will be applied only to the current recovery operation.
  9. To start the recovery process, click the Recover now button.
    You can stop the recovery by clicking Cancel. Please keep in mind that the aborted recovery may still cause changes in the destination folder.
